Details

Delegates to getCapitalStockSeries(); the one-argument dispatcher describes a default rate of 0.06. An explicit numeric rate is passed unchanged to getCapitalStockSeries(rate). This migration does not change initialization, depreciation, frequency or accumulation conventions.
