Collect supported objects into a D3 combo.

Details

Adds D3 operators directly, wraps HTMLObject in D3HtmlOperator, and uses buildSlideshow for Extractable inputs. Other types are skipped. Does not enable animation itself.

Object and model placeholders refer to values you supply. Available extracts and settings depend on the target object; no result-specific extract inventory is asserted here.
