CREATE_RANDOM

Sample a distribution into a matrix.

Syntax

CREATE_RANDOM(distribution,rows,columns)

CREATE_RANDOM(NORMAL_DIST(0,1),10,2)

Details

Rows and columns are evaluated numbers, then rounded with Math.round. Delegates sampling to DistributionSampler.sampleMatrix with the model. This uses that sampler’s random-state policy, not RANDOM’s tool generator.

Model validation and rendering follow the installed implementation. Object placeholders such as DENSITY refer to variables you supply.
