Differentiate a symbolic expression.

Calls deriv(variable).canon(). The variable selector remains raw text; quotes are removed as in the dispatcher.
Matrix names and editable targets in examples are placeholders for variables you have created. Result-specific EXTRACT keys are not inventoried here.
