INTEGRAL

Compute a definite integral using Simpson integration.

Syntax

INTEGRAL(expression,variable,start,end,steps[,parameter,value,...])

Details

Bounds and optional parameter values use numeric literals; steps is an integer literal. Optional bindings must come in pairs. The underlying Simpson implementation retains its step and quadrature conventions. Returns the numeric result as a StringOperator.

Matrix names and editable targets in examples are placeholders for variables you have created. Result-specific EXTRACT keys are not inventoried here.
