EXTRACT(model,fitted): fitted event probabilities; EXTRACT(model,series): observed outcome.

Interpretation and limitations

Binary logit models P(Y=1|X)=1/(1+exp(-Xβ)). Supply a 0/1 dependent variable, align observations, and include an intercept in the design matrix. Coefficients are log-odds effects, not probability-point changes. Accuracy depends on the classification threshold and should not be treated as proof of predictive validity.
