LOOP_ECB

Load a geographic series list after wildcard substitution.

Details

Iterates EcbCountryCodes.COUNTRY. Bare ECB keys use the provider loader; arithmetic/function expressions are evaluated after substitution. Raw expression arguments are preserved. $$ inserts the full replacement code; ## removes leading zeros. Only SeriesOperator outputs are collected. Existing cached list/name behavior is unchanged.
