Load a geographic series list after wildcard substitution.

Details

Obtains county FIPS codes from the installed registry for the selected state. The existing Equifax diagnostic path bypasses loop-result cache as before. Raw expression arguments are preserved. $$ inserts the full replacement code; ## removes leading zeros. Only SeriesOperator outputs are collected. Existing cached list/name behavior is unchanged.
