SET_NAME

Copy a series and give it a new name.

Syntax

SET_NAME(series,name)

SET_NAME(INDPRO,"Industrial production")

Details

Underscores in the raw name become spaces; outer quotes are removed. Retains setCodetoLongName behavior.

Aliases: NAME

Uppercase placeholder names such as SOURCE or OUTCOME_LIST refer to variables you supply. Result-specific EXTRACT keys have not been inventoried for these commands.
