This convenience command targets Elephant Butte specifically. Requires an integer calendar year from 1 to 9998. It does not accept an arbitrary reservoir selector.

Examples containing angle-bracket placeholders are templates: replace them with codes from the relevant catalog. This command does not document result-specific EXTRACT keys; an empty metadata list does not establish that the returned object lacks extracts.
